Since the Cerbere33’s installation in June 2015, I noticed very quickly that my  sleep was better and longer : An appeasement , a mastery of my emotions, more lucidity face to some emotional problems. Knowing the difference with unnecessary worry , be fair to others and myself. A better perspective , put everything and everyone in its right place , in order not to” ruminate ” (ease sleep !). I feel serene , let go, live and let live – get happy and make happy all. I’m 79 years old , if only I had known the Cerbere33 earlier !!!
